Cancellation Policy for real-time sessions: Once the fee has been paid it is non-refundable but you can cancel or postpone your online consultation with at least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, the full fee for 1 session will be charged.
Time Expiry: Pre-purchased sessions are valid for 1 month per session. For example, if you purchase 5 sessions you have 5 months to use them and any remaining sessions will expire at the end of 5 months.
